In Hypnotherapy, your skilled therapist combines hypnosis with many tools and techniques to assist you in making the changes you desire in your life. Your hypnotherapist will help you understand how your mind takes in suggestions and how your subconscious mind can help you achieve your dreams. After helping you experience deep relaxation, she will use the suggestions that you have selected to help you make the desired improvements in your life. It’s as easy as that! While in hypnosis you are not asleep or unconscious. In fact, you remain very alert and aware of all that is happening around you. You will usually remember everything that was said in the hypnosis session, and right away will be able to use its powerful new strategies in your daily life. After the hypnosis session you will experience a deep and abiding sense of well-being. In the days between the appointments you will find yourself easily and comfortably reaching your chosen goals. |

“The resources you need to create the changes you desire are already inside you …all you need to do is tap into your own power.” Before becoming a Certified Hypnotherapist, I earned a Bachelor’s degree in sociology, a master’s degree in education, and three California State education credentials. Currently I assist public school teachers in improving their educational effectiveness, and I am an adjunct faculty member at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. I help clients achieve positive test results on high stakes tests such as the SAT and CAHSEE, Bar and Board exams, and all professional certifications. My broad educational training has prepared me to help clients effectively address a range of educational issues such as ADD, ADHD, learning disabilities, and Autism. My hypnotherapy training involved extensive coursework and internship with the Hypnosis Motivation Institute--the premier hypnotherapy educational institution in the United States--which prepared me to use my knowledge of how people learn, change and grow to help all my clients improve their lives. I use a wide variety of hypnotherapy tools and techniques to successfully empower my clients to improve personal relationships, reduce physical pain and emotional suffering, improve health and fitness, rid themselves of procrastination, reduce personal performance anxiety, remove blocks to achieving success, and much more.
